Who you are buying from

Tinybridge Ventures Private Limited, registered in India at WeWork Galaxy, 43 Residency Road, Richmond Town, Bangalore 560025, Karnataka, India, GSTIN 29AAMCT7015P1ZJ, trading as Kantha at https://kantha.app. In these terms, “we” is that company and “you” is the person placing the order.

Placing an order

You must be 18 or over to place an order. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email — and at that moment the cloth for your panel is set aside in the workshop and is no longer available to anybody else.

If a price or description is plainly wrong, we may decline the order and refund you in full rather than hold you to a mistake. A tax invoice is issued for every order.

What you are buying

A panel made to your own arrangement, by hand, from salvaged cloth. It is not a mass-made article: seams vary slightly, cloth is reused, and the piece you receive is the only one like it. Colours on this site are measured from the real cloth, but no screen shows cloth exactly.

Because each panel is made to your specification, cancellation is limited once cutting begins — see the cats of kochi shop's own policies, under which every purchase is made. The Privacy policy forms part of these terms.

Payment

Purchases are made on the cats of kochi shop, under that shop's own policies. We never see or store your card number, and we will never ask you for a card number, CVV, PIN or one-time password — by email, telephone or any other means. Anybody who does is not us.

Delivery

Delivery of pieces bought on the cats of kochi shop follows that shop's own policies.

Your designs

The arrangement you make is yours. We do not publish it or sell it to anybody else without asking you first. The photographs of cloth, the site and its software remain ours.

If something goes wrong

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be set aside by agreement. Beyond those rights, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, though we will tell you about them.

Law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Complaints go first to our grievance officer, named on the Contact us page.
